Should you live in Santitham?
Choose Santitham if you want a local, mostly-Thai neighborhood northeast of Nimman. It sits across Route 107, east of Jed Yod. Listings point to a lower price profile than Nimman, but that is directional until the benchmark supplies dated observations. This is an early page on a corridor I watch from the west side, where I live in Jed Yod. I do not live in Santitham, so this is an outside view. What the dated data will cover
The benchmark builds one dated west-side comparison set: Jed Yod, Chang Khian, Santitham, and the streets behind Chiang Mai University toward Wat Umong. Edition 1 starts with the Jed Yod core; Santitham rows arrive in a later edition. Listing coverage across those areas is thin, which is what makes the west and north side harder to research than Nimman. That research gap is the reason the benchmark exists. Those numbers are not published yet.
